Q: What's going on? Some of my members were suspended. Why?

A: Mainly it happens because the profile wasn't filled out well. General reasons for suspend:

  • Descriptions should contain at least 5 or 6 sentences of a quality, literate English text;
  • Profile text fields should not contain contact information
  • Member is strongly suspected or proved to be a dating scammer or spammer.
Anyways, on the page of a suspended profile (in your account on dotSilver) you should see correspondence sent from the administrators to this member. As a rule, all suspended members get notified about the suspension reason.
