Q: I receive complaints from my members, some people are asking money from them. What should I do with the scammers/spammers?

A: Spam and scam is big problem in dating business but we at dotSilver deal with it more or less successfully. We do everything possible to settle these problems or at least relieve them.

We do not tolerate spam/scam, so please ask your members to report those persons. Those reports get to our risk department so we react instantly. If you get any reports, make sure you pass them to us. We rely on your co-operation in the effort to make dotSilver Network scam-free.
