Missing images and CSS/XHTML errors

I have been getting errors on my server; the images cannot be found. /layouts/custom/themes/main/img/search_bar_bg.gif /layouts/custom/themes/main/img/act_bg.gif Can these be made available or should I just delete/change the section of the CSS that is requesting these background images? Also, for anybody trying to get their CSS working correctly on this upgrade, make sure you fix the numerous errors that are present (over several hundred!) in the CSS as well as the XHTML errors in the templates, which are just as numerous. You'll find making customizations much easier when you can get these to come "closer" to validating. I say "closer" because there are too many to realistically repair. For validation of CSS, go to: http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ For validation of XHTML: http://validator.w3.org/ When files validate, life is easier.

Just some xhtml and CSS changes. on your end it would be: /layouts/dark-passion/themes/main/img/search_bar_bg.gif /layouts/dark-passion/themes/main/img/act_bg.gif Those images are not in the download, but the CSS is calling up those files, thus the errors.
