So I used an application calles "Beyond Compare" by scooter software which allows me to compare a folder containing all the original 2.0.2 distribution to a folder containing the most up to date backup of my website. You can compare files and their content side by side and update all the changes except for the one related to your custom changes. The application identify folders and files that are different from each other. It save me alots of time, and since I look at all the files I really get a deeper picture of how everything works together. Hope this helps. PS raybman, have you considering joining the co-op.
