Posted: 18 Dec 2005 10:33:41 - Edited by: raybman Some advice needed; I want to install some Google conversion tracking code. The code needs to be placed on a "confirmation" page of some sort. I am not sure which page (template) is shown after someone registers. It seems to me a good page would be the "verify your email" page (mem_email_verification.html) that is seen after a new user has entered some basic information and the next step is confirming through the email. Is this the best page for this or is there a better one? Whichever page I put the code on, it needs to be one that seen after they signed-up and only seen the one time. Thanks in advance. |

Posted: 18 Dec 2005 16:10:41 I would say that the best place to insert those tracking codes is definitevely on the e-mail confirmation page. I don't use them anymore because I don't like to share my conversion data, especialy since the introduction of the new minimum quality based bids on Google. I keep my cards close to my chest when I hit a good Adwords formula! |
