Hi there am new here and am so far very happy with the script . Thankyou !

Looking thru the forums I cant help but see so many posts duplicated of the same subject.
I thought I might come in and offer some advice , maybe it will help maybe it wont .

I thought it might be a good idea if you can somehow sticky some boards and in those boards post some FAQ's for people to READ BEFORE they post a help question .

example board - Design Support - then inside you could post some FAQ's that have been asked on a regular basis , like how do I change the logo or the company name etc ?

another example board could be - Membership - and in here you could again post a topic and sticky it at the top to show a list of Frequently Asked Questions such as the request for a silver test membership question which seems to be all over the forum.

OR instead of doing it all that way you could start a brand new category in the forums called F A Q 's - and post the description as "please check here for the solution to your question or problem before you start a brand new topic at the other boards"

Just an idea ;) it has worked for other places . You could also mention that when people are asking a support question that they first include all particulars like the full website address of the script , the type of script they have installed , there member ID , and server details too ,\.
I think if people here included as much info as possible to begin with in there support questions such as ......,,...

www.mywebsitename.com
adult script red
member ID 000
using cpanel
windows xp
explorer 6

......... then it would speed the process up for the support admins here to answer things a lot quicker and more efficient !

;)

thats my 2 cents

cheers
