goldenbull Member	Posted: 13 Jul 2005 09:10:52 I receive tons of complaints from my members after the site has been switched in free mode. Every day more and more. They don't need free site, they are ready to pay money to stop spam. Now they should delete profiles to stop endless emails.
.silver Admin	Posted: 14 Jul 2005 06:23:41 Spam is unavoidable problem that we have to deal with anyway. But we do everything possible to settle this problem or at least relieve it. Please ask your members to name you persistent spamers, and we penalize those who violate anti-spam policy. We are planning to switch to the paid mode at the end of July.

goldenbull Member	Posted: 31 Jul 2005 06:27:30 There is a good way to avoid a spam. Add the link "Abuse" in each message, and block profile after some quantity of complaints. I use this method at one of my dating sites and it works.
.silver Admin	Posted: 2 Sep 2005 10:11:47 Yes, package 1.0 (and all layouts) supports reporting misbehaving persons and scam/spam messages. Also, we implemented automatic filters to catch suspicious messages. Looks like this tools work perfectly now. Did the amount of complaints reduce?
