Currently, if a partner needs help with their site and support needs username and passwords for access, these are sent via regular email which is unsecure and it is possible for someone to read this information. As we all know, there are many hackers around that like to tap into other peoples web sites. I usually create a temporary FTP account for support to use and then delete it after an issue has been resolved. However, username and password for configs cannot be changed, without reloading the site (please correct me if I am wrong on this). DotSilver support could have a system much like hosting companies have that allows private information to be sent securely. We can't give the hackers of the world any opportunities.
