I joined my own site in order to view the features and sent an email to have it upgraded to Silver, however I've yet to hear anything back. I'm concerned that if it takes long to get my own profile from suspension, then how long will it take for my potential clients? This isn't to critize as I realise the complexities of running and maintaining such a site but surely there is a faster process? or maybe perhaps you can have some admins or moderators to help out? I'd appreciate it if someone could adjust my account and let me know the usual time frame for getting an account out of suspension. My site is http://www.thedatingden.com, id 595. MY account was reviewed again as I recieved the standard form mail, however it says my account is still suspended! The lack of response from people is making me re-consider joining this partnership, not for myself but for my potential clients who may have issues down the road. I'd appreciate someone getting back to me. I'm beginning to think no one actually comes here? Thank you, I

I still have no email and I have no response to my silver membership. I'm all for supporting teams to get things going and I usually don't like to cause trouble at all. I run several communities of my own aside from the Dating Den, so I do understand how things can get. However, there is no acknowledgment whatsoever other than practically being 'banned' from my own site. This is rather discouraging to say the least. And it isn't about me, it's about my clients. I may have potential customers wanting to join up, and if their account is suspended for 3 days at a time, they are likely to take their $$ and spend it elsewhere. I know I would. Its not only insulting, but degrading. I am at the point of being rather frustrated now. I would appreciate some kind of response, or I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. And please, do not take this as someone 'shouting' of their mouth - it isn't meant to be that way. I"m only trying to do what is best for my paying clientele. And to have to wait 3 days before they can actually try something isn't what paying customers should have to deal with.

But we wrote a reason of suspention in your profile. You made necessary corrections and we activated it. I mean that you should check more attentively because we never ignore our partners and members.
