Hello,

The orders were fraudulent and were refunded.

The issue that lerchik22@inbox.ru had is way too common with my site's account.

Every new paying member I get, is removed after a couple of days. There does not seem to be the appropriate safe guards to prevent these fraudulent transactions from taking place.

It is very frustrating and discouraging.

Could you please explain to me what you mean by "The orders were
fraudulent and were refunded" as I don't quite understand how these
orders concern my own account? What orders do you mean? What does it
mean "refunded"? How can I prevent these cases happen? If there are no
real preventive measures for me to do or anything that could be done
from you side to protect my account from these "refundings", I shall
think of dropping out of your programme and do my best to supply your
partner program with as bad a fame as possible among all my clients.

Hi Lerchik,

"The orders were fraudulent and were refunded" - It means, that someone from your site bought a membership using stolen credit card. In such cases we always make a refund.
You are entitled to promote anything you want. You should know, though, that it's not our fault, because we suffer to the same extent as you. It's all about insecure payment systems that let through clearly fraudulent orders. We do our best to fight them but it's often late. We approve tons of profiles on a daily basis from the whole network. The best you can do to help is suspending clearly suspicious profiles before we do it. I hope this explanation gives you a better understanding of things.
Thank you.

I've been in the adult industry for several years and know the chargeback issue is a serious broblem. However, there are fraud protection measure that are industry standard for reducing such chargebacks. What measures do you take to prevent chargebacks?

As it is now, I can't even get the Membership page to work properly to show pricing and give members the option of upgrading.

Seems to be issue with this service. I'm concerned about investing my marketing capital in such a trouble service. Please address these concerns. Thank you.

Hello hot4romance,

All payments that flow through our financial system are subject to several various checks. And if at any step the transaction is deemed to be fraudulent or highly suspicious, one of the security measures that our administration staff is instructed to take is canceling the transaction.
You can read about it here: http://www.dotsilver.com/kbase/fin-details.html#refunds

As for "Memberships", Sorry for inconvenience. We will fix it in a few days.

Thank you for cooperation!

75 members that were using stolen credit cards.

RUBBISH...........THAT surely is fraud in itself. Very doubtful that all his 75 members were created using stolen credit cards. Now my question is this....WHO is scamming WHO here ?????

I was going to sign up to this software......not a chance now....seems way too dodgy and out of line.

I think that scammer is lerchik22@inbox.ru
I don't work with dotsilver long and I didn't get money from them yet, but it is my opinion that lerchik22@inbox.ru is a scammer. He have cred. cards numbers and wanted to take money from them. Where is real-dating.net now? They lost interest in dating business because they wanted just take money from cred. cards.

Hello david.pook@btinterne t.com

We didn't say that all his 75 members had used stolen credit cards. But the majority of his members were Russians. In our practice the majority of Russian people who purchased the memberships usually use a stolen credit cards. Have you ever heard about Russian scam?
