Make sure you ask them if they support our re quirements on the server they are going to locate your account at. Please, put the word lovecomp in the field REFERRED BY on their sign-up form to support us.

I know Smarty can be run on multiple platforms (including Windows) without requiring separate "versions" for each platform. It would be something to look into , as it would make it easier on partners to find hosting without the strict requirments. Yes there are many hosts out there that support this script. And there are many of us who already have hosting we are happy with. In all multiple platforms would benifet us all, more support for multiple platforms = more partner sites

svrider650 Member	Posted: 17 Jun 2005 15:27:47 I host a virtual server from hostforweb. I have been with then over a year now no down time and I have about 20 happy clients on it. And my adultsite just got installed on it and it works fine so far. Hey .silver how much bandwidth do you suggest users get? Like does the chat apps and stuff eat up a lot of bandwidth or is it using your servers bandwidth? Thanks Svrider.
.silver Admin	Posted: 17 Jun 2005 22:26:21 It would be enough to take their $4.95/mo plan for the start. When your site grows and you need more bandwidth you can always upgrade. The script itself is not going to consume a lot of bandwidth, you can tell us all the exact figures after a month.
