I suggest you should notify partner before making any refunds, if the member has made a fraudulent transaction surely his account should be suspended straight away before refunding his/her membership to the bank.

I have checked the forum history, and I am surprised that how can so many fraudulent transactions can get through to your payment gateway. I have been running few online businesses for last 5 years and never had any fraudulent transaction getting through my payment gateway.

Could you please let me know who was the issuer bank and chargeback details for this transaction, I would like to look into it before suspending this member’s account.

We made refunds in the following situations:
1. If we had fraudulent transactions. In this case we had suspended member's profiles first and then deleted them.
2. If member asked us to make refund. In this case profile was active.

I dont't understand what transaction you meant. Because there are no members who bought any membership on site with id:70

I think it’ll be highly appreciated if partners are informed why refunds are made; a quick email should just be enough. It is very disappointing to see the balance one day and next day it's gone without even finding out why??

I have developed a very attractive site design and have a good promotional budget. But now I am very reluctant to make any further investments due to lack of trust and confidence in your business process.

I want to close the account becoz i hv see that there are so many problems about fruad so on.. since i am deaf.. i do not want to risk myself.

So how to cancel them.
