For over a week no one could register on my site because the captcha image was broke on your end and I couldn't post here because the forum uses the same image. My email to support went unanswered which appears to be the norm here.
The reason I decided to give this service a try was because it allowed me to have a dating site for some people who needed it but I didn't have to mess with registration, profiles and such. But I spent the past week doing exactly that, answering emails from people who couldn't register.
Now I understand websites will have technical problems and I can tolerate that but what I can't tolerate is poor service. If I ever have another problem with this service and my emails goes unanswered I'll simply delete the crap and install something else.
