xtianfr Member	Posted: 22 Jun 2005 09:07:21 Take care because it depends on national reglementation ; for example (I know cos' I am there), in France, it is required that the member signs you an authorization ; in fact, we never do but you must know that this member can sue ; now, I insist that it is french regulation and I don't know about the other countries nor international rules in this matter.

If you want to use photos you need to ask for permission from their owner. If this member is not registered at your site we can help you to contact him/her.
