Posted: 16 Feb 2006 00:16:44 Hello I'm a new member for dotsilver. I'm still in the process of doing some touch ups on my website. I'm wondering if some of you can share the conversions you've been getting w/ google adwords? I dont have alot of money to invest and I want to invest it wisely. Please post your experiences w/ adwords |

Posted: 18 Feb 2006 01:14:30 It's a broad topic and thanks for starting it. I think we need to discuss the nature of adwords and how can one take advantage of using it. Personally, I liked to read article on corante blog about advertising strategies. Not that it gives you exact recipes of performing well but gives a clue of how to start with it properly. Adwords is like forex, you can profit if you know the main principles and do your homework, otherwise you can lose your money fast without understanding of what's going on. I don't really know if any partners tried adwords but conversion may greatly differ depending on how you run your campaigns. |

Posted: 10 May 2006 21:38:40 I'm currently running an adwords with google. Have the biggest trouble finding the key words to get people to click. I started at the first of the month, but I'm only running about a 2% click ration to impressions given with my keywords. I have my budget set a $3 dollars a day, but only spending about $1.40 currently. The actual conversion ratio after the click is not bad I guess. Today, there were 6 new signs from 17 adword clicks. |

Posted: 30 May 2006 18:47:54 I'm not so sure about that, I had a good run for a couple of days, but the past week has resulted almost nothing. Guess I'll play around with the keywords, etc and see that will attract more signups. The past week has only been 4 sign ups for 1,200 clicks. :-( |
