xtianfr Member	Posted: 16 Jun 2005 00:45:17 I am trying to review french language file and I am blocked because of the linge 813 switch($params['c']) ; what is that code for ? especially, what is meaning this 'c' ? cos' when I try online, I get an error message because of it ; thanks a lot in advance
.silver Admin	Posted: 16 Jun 2005 05:33:31 Language file consists of 2 parts: $_lang array elements initialization and function text() serving language entries with variables in them. In this function the argument c meaning string code is analyzed and appropriate string is returned. This is a smarty-registered function. Our software is driven by smarty templates system. I must learn something new at my age ??? ;-))) I did these modifications : var $compile_id = 'French'; in smarty.class.php file $_langs = array( 'English', 'French', in header.inc.php file require_once( $_dir['langs'].'lang-French.php'); in arrays.inc.php file but unsuccessfully and I got this error : Fatal error: Cannot redeclare text() (previously declared in /home/francelo/www/dating/langs/lang-English.php:808) in /home/francelo/www/dating/langs/lang-French.php on line 812 can I get more help ??
.silver Admin	Posted: 17 Jun 2005 01:03:56 You should change all files back to default versions and change only header.inc.php: $_langs = array( 'French', 'English', ); (French must be first)

Le fichier langue française a été réalisé pour la version 2 (pas encore pour les sites adulte, désolé !) ; vous pouvez télécharger le fichier compressé frlang à l'adresse suivante ; j'ai écrit un fichier html pour expliquer comment installer ce module de langue française. http://www.france-love.com/frlang.zip Bonne Chance - Good Luck !
