INSTALLATION WOES!

I AM SELF HOSTED RUNNING PHP/MYSQL4 AND AFTER INSTALL I GET THESE ERRORS: Warning: fetch(/Inetpub/wwwroot/adult/layouts/dp/templates_c/\%%77\774\774BE9C9 %%index.html.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\adult\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1255 Warning: fetch(/Inetpub/wwwroot/adult/layouts/dp/templates_c/\%%77\774\774BE9C9 %%index.html.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\adult\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1255 Warning: fetch(): Failed opening '/Inetpub/wwwroot/adult/layouts/dp/templates_c/\%%77\774\774BE9C9%%ind ex.html.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\adult\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1255 cant seem to figure this one out any ideas?
