Posted: 11 Dec 2005 11:01:53 What is meant by this : display:normal; It is not valid CSS, should it be: display:none; ? This incorrect CSS is planted throughout the templates, maybe this is causing some of the display problems in the upgrade that I have been having...? |

Posted: 11 Dec 2005 11:11:08 correct ! here is the rule of w3c : Display This specifies the type of box that an element will produce. Possible values are block (e.g., P), inline (e.g., B), list-item (block element with list item marker box; e.g., LI), run-in (see below), compact (see below) and none (ignore element entirely and all of its descendants). Display applies to all elements, has an initial value of inline and is not inherited. |

Posted: 11 Dec 2005 11:17:48 I am hoping someone from dotSilver will tell us what the intention of that rule is. I am tempted to replace them all with display:none; or just delete it entirely since it is being ignored anyway. I am leaning toward deleting them all, has anyone tried this? |

Posted: 13 Dec 2005 23:12:08 Hi, that was our mistake, we have fixed it in version 2.02. There will be changelog, where you'll know how to fix it. |
